About our Partners Development Team

The Partners Development Team is a key lynchpin in the success of our Company.

  • We are deeply involved in each partners’ journey and success.
  • We contribute to the commercial success of the company by building and managing an ecosystem of partners including: Channel partners, Product alliance partners and Services partners. We enable them in selling our product directly or advocating it’s value to their customers, growing their businesses, whilst providing us with a continual flow of referrals and new customers.
  • We contribute to the product relevance in the market through our work with the development pipeline.
  • We contribute to the market awareness of our value proposition and market reputation through our successful partner experience.
  • We contribute to the development of the organisation and operating model through our drive for continuous improvement and experimentation.

As a Partners Development Lead you will have opportunities to use and develop your skills across these activities and across a varied portfolio of partner types.


About the role

Main Duties:

  • Establish and execute a Partner engagement model that delivers revenue streams from Channel partners.
  • Establish a customer referrals flow from Market Product alliances.
  • Establish a customer referrals flow from Services Partners. 
  • Identify key strategic and transparent alignment of Quality clouds and our Partners’ business growth strategies.
  • Provide regular Sales training of our product and feature changes.
  • Support partners with their marketing activities.  


Value add:

  • Regular communication of product changes to your Partner sales and delivery network, highlighting specific relevance where appropriate.
  • Regular review and improvement of the partner management process and the partner experience from feedback you will solicit.
  • Identification and elaboration of process automation opportunities.
  • GTM: Rework and refresh of Sales and Marketing content
  • Occasionally support our partners on Sales calls to support their selling of our product
  • Be an advocate for our partners and mobilise resources internally to support them. E.g, Training and demo materials.
  • Identify opportunities within our customer base that will benefit our partners.
  • Research, advocate and implement partnership management best practices into our model.



  • Capture and Reporting of Partner opportunities & success.
  • Capture, advocacy and elaboration of product features, valued and requested by partners.
  • Measures of success will be the number, quality and business value of the partnerships established in your network. And the feedback and rating of our Partnership value to our Partners.
  • Maintaining an ongoing internal view of our partners’ offerings, company and industry.


Knowledge and skills:

  • Experience of corporate software implementation and adoption lifecycle.
  • Experience of working with both product and services based companies in a external contact capacity: Sales, Customer success or Product Mgt.
  • Internal or external consulting or consultative sales experience.
  • CX or Process improvement experience.
  • Experience presenting to C suite or MD level. Strategic engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills. They must be to an equally high standard.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn.
  • Coaching skills
  • Project stakeholder engagement skills. – Tech and Business at all levels.
  • Empathetic and non-judgemental in customer interactions.
