Customer Success Manager US East Coast / Remote / Hybrid / Flexible

very dynamic and technical environment. Quality Clouds is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in the US. If you’re excited by the opportunity to work in a startup with cutting-edge cloud computing technology, then this is the place to be.

A successful candidate will bring the following experience:

A minimum of 5 years of proven B2B SaaS customer facing experience either in Account Management, Customer Success or similar Services roles
Experience in working with enterprise accounts is a plus
Successful track record of delivering increased value to customers and across key KPIs such as customer retention & ARR whilst reducing churn rates
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with Servicenow, Salesforce and devops management concepts is a plus.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the face of Quality Clouds to the customer and represent the voice of the custome.

  • Manage a set of enterprise customers across the post-sale customer lifecycle to optimize the adoption of Quality Clouds
  • Responsible for understanding customer goals, identifying and defining successes and challenges, developing and executing success plans, and facilitating resolution of issues
  • Design and implement standard processes and best practices to measure the ongoing health of customer relationships while driving continuous and improved business value
  • Schedule regular touchpoints with customers, based on the customer’s needs, ranging from weekly calls through to quarterly business reviews
  • Communicate and educate customers on best practices, their product usage, key KPIs and how they can leverage new features and integrate them into their processes
  • Proactively seek out growth and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts, offering solutions that align with their evolving needs and goals
  • Play a pivotal role in contributing to revenue growth by not only retaining existing customers but also identifying and driving upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Ensure there is a robust customer feedback loop, to identify risks to customer adoption & satisfaction, churn risks and growth opportunities
  • Continuously assess customer usage and performance data to identify opportunities where customers can derive maximum return on investment (ROI) from Quality Clouds
  • Collaborate with Sales around serving customers’ needs, fulfilling expectations set in the sales cycle, and to align strategies to ensure the success and growth of the customer
  • Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering regarding customers emerging or unmet product needs and share customer insights
