very dynamic and technical environment. Quality Clouds is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Barcelona, London or remotely. If you’re excited by the opportunity to work in a startup with cutting edge cloud computing technology, then this is the place to be.

A successful candidate will have an established track record of managing dynamic cloud infrastructures, a strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, great communication skills, a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment, high creativity, great analytical reasoning skills, and, of course, a passion for cloud environments.

Excellent Salesforce knowledge and technical background (certifications)

Demonstrated proficiency analysing and documenting product requirements for projects in the Salesforce platform

Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and techniques (e.g., business process modelling, continuous improvement, requirements analysis, user stories and use cases definition)

Ability to translate business vocabulary into technical documentation, and vice versa

Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organisation and in English.

Customer centricity

Team player, with ability to work with many and various stakeholders.

Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Beneficial (not mandatory): Experience in consulting, knowledge of technical and process best practices in the Salesforce platform, experience in Marketing Cloud, UX design knowledge or experience in using Jira for user stories, change requests and Kanban Board

The Business Analyst will be reporting to the Product Manager and working closely with the Product Owners in order to actively support the maintenance and evolution of the Quality Clouds product for Salesforce.

Collaborate actively with Product Owners in the definition of new features for the Quality Clouds Salesforce product
Remain up to date with the latest Salesforce features, and ensure that the Quality Clouds product addresses them, where relevant
Contribute to make Quality Clouds a great tool, efficient and user-friendly
Gather, analyse, clarify and document business needs and requirements for new Quality Clouds features
Develop business user stories with the Product Owner, including corresponding acceptance criteria
Support testing, deployment, and rollout of new features to Quality Clouds customers
