The Quality of Cloud is an indicator which provides the overall healthiness of the scanned instance.
The counter starts with 100% quality and then it subtracts different percentage quantities depending on the number of issues high / medium / low found in the instance.
Another factor that impacts this indicator is the number of SaaS releases and patches behind the last one published by ServiceNow.
This is a QC indicator based on QC experience gathered in ServiceNow implementations in projects.
Healthy instances are those ones between 80% and 100% of this indicator.
